By accessing or using Mojomaxi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mojomaxi provides software for non-custodial Solana automation, including TradingView webhook strategies, rebalance strategies, related vault tooling, activity views, metrics, and share-card functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Mojomaxi is lawful where you are located and that you are permitted to use wallet-connected blockchain software and trading automation tools.

Mojomaxi is an automation and execution interface for Solana. It helps users configure strategy sets, create and fund vaults, monitor strategy activity, and trigger or schedule automated behavior through supported flows.

Mojomaxi is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. Mojomaxi does not provide trading signals, portfolio recommendations, or profit guarantees.

Mojomaxi is designed as a non-custodial system. Users interact through their own wallets and strategy-specific on-chain vaults. Under the current model, only the vault admin can withdraw from the vault.

Mojomaxi relayers may be authorized to execute supported strategy actions, but that execution authority is not the same as withdrawal authority.

• Protect your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, devices, and browser environment.
• Review token selections, alert logic, cadence settings, and funding levels before starting a strategy.
• Use the Mojomaxi dashboard for supported deposit and withdrawal flows.
• Verify transactions before signing and review activity regularly.
• Comply with laws, sanctions, and restrictions applicable to you.

Mojomaxi depends on external wallets, blockchain infrastructure, and user-supplied configuration. Incorrect alert wiring, unsupported tokens, poor strategy logic, or insufficient funding can lead to failed, skipped, or undesirable executions.

Users should not manually transfer funds to strategy vault addresses unless Mojomaxi explicitly supports that flow.

Mojomaxi currently charges a 0.25% protocol fee on executed swaps. The on-chain program supports a hard cap of up to 1.00%.

Network fees, slippage, spread, liquidity effects, and third-party costs are separate from Mojomaxi protocol fees.

Mojomaxi relies on third-party components including wallets, Solana, RPC providers, swap routing services, token metadata services, explorers, and hosting infrastructure. Mojomaxi does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, downtime, pricing, or policy changes.

Mojomaxi provides software tools only. Nothing on Mojomaxi is investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Past performance, activity history, metrics, or share cards do not guarantee future results.

Automation is best-effort. Alerts may be delayed, malformed, rate-limited, locked, skipped, retried, or fail. Rebalance checks may not produce trades every cadence window. Execution depends on liquidity, route availability, token support, pricing, and infrastructure health at the time of the attempt.

• Using Mojomaxi in violation of applicable law, sanctions, or regulations.
• Attempting to abuse, overload, probe, or bypass rate limits, locks, or security controls.
• Using Mojomaxi to distribute malicious payloads, fraudulent alerts, or deceptive trading automation.
• Attempting to interfere with other users, infrastructure, or on-chain program behavior.

Mojomaxi may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, users, relayer infrastructure, or legal compliance obligations.

Mojomaxi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Mojomaxi does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, profitability, route quality, security, or fitness for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojomaxi and its contributors, operators, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, assets, goodwill, trading opportunities, data, or expected returns arising from use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mojomaxi and its contributors, operators, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Mojomaxi, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Mojomaxi may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
