Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 21, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Mojomaxi collects, uses, and discloses information when you access or use the service.
Mojomaxi is a wallet-connected, non-custodial Solana automation product. It helps users configure strategy sets, create and manage vaults, and monitor activity related to supported webhook and rebalance flows.
2. Information We Collect
- Wallet and public blockchain identifiers, such as wallet addresses, vault addresses, transaction signatures, and other public on-chain references.
- Strategy configuration data, such as set IDs, token selections, cadence selections, running state, and related app configuration.
- Operational and activity records, such as strategy events, metrics context, request IDs, timestamps, and execution history used for product functionality and reliability.
- Request and device metadata, such as IP address, user-agent, approximate timestamps, route logs, and error diagnostics.
- Webhook-related metadata, including request headers, timing, and optional signature or HMAC verification data where applicable.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate the Mojomaxi app and provide strategy, vault, activity, metrics, and support features.
- To secure the service, including rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging, and fraud mitigation.
- To maintain reliability, diagnose failures, and improve product performance.
- To respond to user support requests and communicate about service issues.
4. Blockchain Data
Blockchain activity is public by design. Wallet addresses, vault addresses, transactions, and certain other related data may be permanently visible on public networks and block explorers.
Mojomaxi cannot delete or alter public blockchain records.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
Mojomaxi may rely on service providers and infrastructure partners such as hosting providers, managed data stores, RPC providers, wallet providers, analytics or logging services, token metadata providers, and swap routing infrastructure.
These providers may receive limited technical information necessary to operate the service, such as request metadata, wallet-related public information, and execution context.
6. Data Retention
Mojomaxi retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain activity history, support users, secure the platform, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
7. Security
Mojomaxi uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, including validation, rate limiting, logging, and other operational safeguards. No system is perfect, and users remain responsible for wallet security and device hygiene.
8. Your Choices
You can choose whether to connect a wallet, create strategies, start automation, or use support channels. Because public blockchain data is not controlled by Mojomaxi, some information cannot be deleted or changed by Mojomaxi once it exists on-chain.
9. Children’s Privacy
Mojomaxi is not directed to children. Do not use the service if doing so would violate applicable age-related restrictions in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this Policy
Mojomaxi may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
