No. Mojomaxi is non-custodial software. Strategies use on-chain vaults, and Mojomaxi does not operate as a hosted exchange or pooled user wallet.

Funds stay in vault-controlled token accounts tied to a specific strategy set. They are not deposited into a centralized Mojomaxi omnibus wallet.

Under the current model, only the vault admin (ie: the user who created the vault) can withdraw from the vault to their canonical wallet address. The relayer is execution-scoped only, not withdrawal-scoped and cannot take custody it can only tell Jupiter's program via CPI to execute a swap within your vault.

A vault is the on-chain account structure used for a specific strategy set. Each set gets its own isolated vault and execution path that is associated with your wallet only (only the one who created the vault can withdraw).

The Mojomaxi relayer pays SOL gas for bot-triggered executions under the current product model.

Mojomaxi currently charges a 0.25% protocol fee on executed swaps. The on-chain program supports a fee cap of up to 1.00%.

A Webhooks strategy currently requires at least $50 of Token B in the strategy vault before it can be started.

A Rebalance strategy requires at least max($50, number of selected tokens × $5.50) in vault value before it can be started.

Mojomaxi currently keeps a $5 minimum per rebalance leg so tiny uneconomic legs can be skipped.

Current cadence options are 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours.

You create a Webhooks strategy, copy the generated BUY and SELL URLs from the app, and paste them into TradingView alerts. When the alerts fire and the strategy is running, Mojomaxi attempts the corresponding on-chain swap.

BUY attempts Token B → Token A. SELL attempts Token A → Token B.

Possible reasons include insufficient balance, the set not running, route or slippage constraints, minimum thresholds not being met, duplicate-lock protection, or the basket already being close enough to target.

Yes. Swaps can fail, retry, or be skipped because of liquidity, slippage, route availability, token support, market movement, or strategy-level execution thresholds.

Activity shows strategy-level events such as deposits, withdrawals, swaps, and finalized rebalances, along with links or references when available.

Yes. Public docs and current architecture support both SPL Token and Token-2022 flows when routing and product support allow.

Temporary website downtime does not give Mojomaxi custody of funds. However, automation orchestration may pause until service is restored, because the relayer and app routes are part of the execution flow.

Do not manually transfer funds to strategy vault addresses unless Mojomaxi explicitly supports that flow. Deposits should be made through the dashboard so balances and strategy state stay in sync.

No. Mojomaxi provides automation software and execution infrastructure only. Users are responsible for their own strategies, risk management, and trading decisions.

Yes. The transparency page publishes the program ID, config anchors, and verification context for the current relayer setup.

Open a support ticket in Discord. Never share your seed phrase or private keys. Mojomaxi staff should never ask for them.
